Welcome to the Baking Associations of Australia Northern Territory website. This is the very first time in the Territory we have had a group of bakers work together for the industry. The office or administrator for the Northern Territory is the well known Robert Schwerdt from Charles Darwin University in Palmerston.

The university provides quality training for the industry in the Northern Territory not only on the campus but face to face in regional areas.

The BAA NT is for every bakery and pastry shop owner including wholesale business owners.

The BAA NT is part of the National Body BAA which represents all state BAA's formerly known as the BIA's.

Please do not be confused by other Associations claiming to be National as the BAA is the only recognised National Body with all states and territories working together and members united!
